Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Equipment
Disassemble the machinery if necessary and pack all components securely in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
